What does Odoo cost?
Odoo Community is free, Odoo Enterprise is licensed per user. On top of that comes the implementation effort. We calculate what that means for you transparently in the initial consultation.
How long does an implementation take?
That depends on the scope. A studio with class booking and billing goes live much faster than a federation with many member organisations. We plan in stages so you benefit early.
Can we migrate our existing data?
Yes. We migrate members, contracts, classes and contacts from Excel or your current software.
Odoo Community or Enterprise?
Both are possible. Odoo Community is free and covers many core functions. Odoo Enterprise adds, for example, online appointment booking, subscriptions, digital signatures, telephony and shift planning. We recommend what suits you and extend the standard with our own modules where needed.
Do we own the system or rent it?
Odoo is your own system. The core is open source, your data belongs to you, and you decide where Odoo runs: in the Odoo cloud, with a hosting provider or on your own servers. You are not dependent on a SaaS platform and can switch at any time.
Do we need our own IT?
No. Odoo runs in the cloud. We take care of setup and support, you take care of your sport.
Is there an app for members?
Yes. Members can book and manage their data via the customer portal. For clubs and agencies we have also developed our own apps.
