Rent a course platform or own your platform?
Is the platform ZPP-certified?
The ZPP certifies courses, not platforms. You submit your course with its concept and your qualification to the ZPP yourself. Our platform provides the technical basis: lessons, progress tracking, final tests and participation certificates.
Do I pay commission on my course sales?
No. You sell via your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account and the money goes straight to you. On the Platform plan you only pay the fixed platform fee of €49 per month, on Premium no fee to SportJoe at all.
Do my participants get money back from their health insurer?
For ZPP-certified courses, most German statutory health insurers reimburse part of the course fee, often for two courses per year. Participants submit their certificate of participation to their insurer. Each insurer sets the amount itself.
What is the difference between Platform and Premium?
On the Platform plan you use SportJoe's infrastructure: we host, maintain and develop it further. With Premium you get your own Odoo Enterprise instance, pay the licence directly to Odoo and are completely independent of SportJoe.
Can I switch from Platform to Premium later?
Yes. When your course platform grows, we move you to your own Odoo Enterprise instance. You get a fixed price for this in advance.
